LinkedIn kudos are a great way to express gratitude and stand out from your competition. You can choose from a variety of kudos, but you can only give three of them a week, so be selective. It’s a great way to recognize the achievements of others and build relationships.

To send a kudo for a contact, simply go to their profile and click “more….” on the right-hand side of your screen next to “messaging.” Select “Give kudos.” Select from a variety of kudos provided.

Personalize your kudo to make more of an impact and select whether you want to send it as a post or message. If you want to send it as a post, you will have options for selecting your audience (all, connections only, groups) and whether to allow comments. Click “Done,” and your message is on its way.
